Launching April 21st. You can now configure email subject lines for workflow notifications in the Commitment Change Orders tool. This update allows tool teams to fully override subject lines for assignment, reminder, and escalation emails, making notifications more relevant and actionable. The system checks for a tool-specific subject line first, then defaults to the platform’s standard if none is set. This feature is controlled by a feature flag and can be enabled at both the tool and company levels. The body of the emails and users’ global notification settings remain unchanged.
With this enhancement, recipients will immediately see the context and required action in the subject line—helping them quickly understand and respond to notifications without opening the email. This reduces confusion, minimizes missed actions, and improves engagement across your teams.
