This enhancement allows tool teams to enforce immediate access controls—such as restricting document visibility—by prompting users to update the record’s status upon termination, while also offering Administrators the flexibility to enable or disable the feature by tool type.
Complementing these security measures is the new Bulk Assignee Management capability, which empowers Company Admins to efficiently replace or delegate workflow assignees across multiple projects in a single action. This highly requested feature streamlines personnel changes, such as departures or temporary leaves, by eliminating the need for individual project updates and automatically synchronizing all workflow presets and in-flight instances. By validating project directory access and providing an integrated Activity Log for full visibility, these updates maintain data integrity and minimize manual errors, ensuring workflows continue seamlessly and securely across organizations managing high volumes of projects.
