See Only Required Pending Assignees

Launching March 17th. The “Pending Assignees” column in the PDM table has been enhanced to display only those individuals whose response is actually required to move a workflow step forward. Instead of listing every assigned user who hasn’t responded, the column now dynamically reflects each step’s response rules—such as “All members required” or “Only one required”—and shows only the assignees whose input is still needed to advance the workflow. Project and workflow managers can quickly pinpoint who is truly holding up progress, reduce unnecessary follow-ups, and manage large volumes of documents with greater confidence and efficiency.
