Launching April 21st. Procore now enables seamless integration between the Meetings tool and Procore Document Management (PDM). Project teams can directly attach PDM documents to Meetings and individual Meeting Items using the Unified File Attacher. This enhancement eliminates workflow silos and manual workarounds, allowing Project Managers, Administrators, and meeting participants to reference, view, and share the latest project documentation in real time—right within their meeting records and PDF exports.
By ensuring everyone has secure access to up-to-date documents during coordination and decision-making sessions, this update reduces the risk of miscommunication and outdated information.
