Manage subcontracts and purchase orders from a single place, in real time.
The Commitments tool in Procore allows your teams to proactively and collaboratively manage contracts to minimize potential future financial risks. Here's how:
Create and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and invoices
See the real-time status and current value of contracts from anywhere, on any device
Customize and standardize contract documents across all projects
Streamline communication across all stakeholders with automatic notifications of relevant updates
Connect to Procore Invoice Management for seamless, progressive billing workflows and more accurate invoicing
Once your commitments are set up in Procore, superintendents can quickly send the corresponding contractor a Request for Quote (RFQ) as changes occur in real time on the jobsite. Contractors can respond directly in Procore—which make it easier to approve quickly and minimise project delays.
When connected to Procore Invoice Management, you can designate an invoice contact to each commitment you create—allowing subcontractors to quickly and conveniently create invoices in Procore that are then sent to you for approval.
Stay on top of unforeseen cost impacts with visibility into all subcontracts and purchase orders in one, easy-to-view and filter log. See real-time change impacts that committed, uncommitted, pending, and projected costs have in the Procore Budgets tool.
Procore is the most integrated suite of cost management products. Integrate with Procore Bid Management to reduce the days-long process of turning contracts into commitments into just one click. Connect to Procore Invoice Management and any accounting system your back office trusts for easier billing and book keeping.
“We’re better connected. The accounts team downloads reports on particular types of goods centrally.”
