Head of International Talent Business Partners

Remote United Kingdom


Procore is looking for a Head of International Talent Business Partners to develop, align, and execute a best-in-class global talent strategy for Procore’s fastest-growing international markets. Leverage your rich experience working with top global technology organisations to help create a high performing healthy company that scales.

This position reports to our Chief Talent Officer and can be based in the UK or Ireland with occasional travel to our largest global hubs. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and lead the Talent Business Partners responsible for all locations outside the US
  • Partner with business leaders to build a global footprint and expansion strategy and execution
  • Execute the start-up of global sites, including entity creation, legal compliance, employee experience and org design; understand and educate stakeholders about the talent complexities of entering and scaling in new countries 
  • Address the organisation and people needs of all talent outside the US
  • Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale
  • Partner with other HR Business Partners and centres of excellence to ensure alignment and to create a healthy, cross-functional team
  • Assist in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive results
  • Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyse trends and develop proactive actions to support business objectives
  • Communicate to a diverse population by flexing your style according to the audience

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience within a Talent/HR organisation
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • 2+ years of experience operating outside the US for a US-based technology organisation
  • Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced unstructured environment
  • Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues
  • Ability to manage multiple complex problems and prioritise projects concurrently
  • Ability to think strategically and implement strategy tactically
