We’re excited to see you in Orlando! Check back regularly for important event updates and insider tips to help you plan your week.

Before You Arrive

Groundbreak prep made simple

Keep these important details and action items in mind as you plan your itinerary.

  • Book your hotel. Be sure to book within the Groundbreak 2026 room blocks to ensure the best rates and priority locations!

  • Pre-register for breakout sessions. Log in to your Attendee Portal to build your agenda. Pre-registering for sessions is strongly recommended. Most sessions will be at capacity before the start of the conference.

  • Workshops participants: Workshops sessions are interactive, so be sure to pack your device and charger. Keep an eye out for more information on how best to prepare coming soon.

What to expect

Your on-site playbook

What you need to know once you arrive in Orlando to make the most of your experience.

  • When you fly into Orlando, you can grab a cab or call a ride share service to your hotel or the Orange County Convention Center. Note, Groundbreak shuttles to and from the airport are not provided.

  • Arriving to Orlando early or staying after Groundbreak ends? Check out all that Orlando has to offer — including special perks for conference attendees!

  • After you check in to your hotel, join us for early event registration at the OCCC. Workshops and Certifications attendees can pick up badges starting at 12PM on Monday, October 19. All conference attendees can pick up badges starting at 9AM on Tuesday, October 20.

  • Check out the full list of sponsors for this year's event and plan out your time to connect with them in the Expo Hall between breakout sessions.
