We are still planning on hosting Groundbreak 2020 as scheduled. We are monitoring the situation and following guidance from national and local governments, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization to protect the well-being of our employees and their families, our customers and partners, and our local communities.

Per our cancellation policy, all Groundbreak attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket through August 1st, 2020 if they wish to cancel.

As the situation develops, we will communicate updates to our attendees via email and on procore.com/groundbreak.

We are looking forward to seeing you in New Orleans in October.

What is our Groundbreak Code of Conduct?

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter, and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.


How much are Groundbreak tickets and when will the price increase?

  • $400 off ($895) - January 1, 2020 - April 30, 2020
  • $300 off ($995) - May 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020
  • $200 off ($1095) - July 1, 2020 - August 31, 2020
  • Full Price ($1295) - September 1, 2020 - Day of Event

We are bringing a group of people to Groundbreak. Are there discounts for group registrations?

Group registration will be available on July 1, 2020. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with group pricing. See below for group pricing:

  • Groups of 3-4: $995 per person
  • Groups of 5-9: $945 per person
  • Groups of 10+: $895 per person

What does my ticket include?

Full Conference Pass includes admission to:

  • Keynotes
  • Breakout Sessions (pending capacity)
  • Networking Receptions
  • The Innovation Lab
  • The Product Pavillion
  • Product Theaters
  • The Expo Hall
  • Meals listed on the agenda
  • Evening Event

Student Pass (available to students enrolled in a college/university only) includes admission to:

  • Keynotes
  • Networking Receptions
  • The Innovation Lab
  • The Product Pavillion
  • Product Theaters
  • The Expo Hall
  • Meals in the Expo Hall
  • Does not include access to our Evening Event on October 27th, 2020

Guest Pass includes admission to:

  • Evening Event on October 27th, 2020 only

How much does a student and/or guest pass cost?

  • Student passes cost $495 and one must provide a valid .edu email address to purchase
  • Guest passes cost $150 and must be purchased with a full conference pass ticket

Can I buy a ticket for just one day?

No, tickets can only be purchased for all 3 days.

How do I register?

Click here to register and select “New Registration”. Follow the registrations steps until you have reached the payment page and have submitted payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your reference number. Please keep record of this confirmation email.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder in your email. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please reach out to The Groundbreak team at groundbreak@procore.com for assistance.

Can we pay for our tickets by check?

No, unfortunately we do not offer payment by check. We accept credit card payment only.

Existing Registrations

I can't make it to Groundbreak, but my colleague can. How do I transfer my registration to him/her?

Substituting is easy! For those swapping out attendees please:

  1. Go to the Registration Site and click "Modify Registration"
  2. Enter your email address and reference number then click “Continue”
  3. Proceed to change the necessary contact information
  4. Click “Continue” until the end
  5. Click “Receipt/Invoice”

Your substitute will automatically be signed up for the sessions you registered for, but he/she can modify his/her schedule by repeating the session registration steps listed above.

What information do I need to modify my registration?

To modify your registration you will need the email address you registered with and your reference number. To reference this information, please locate the confirmation email sent to you when you completed your registration.

Once you have located this information, please visit the registration site and follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the Registration Site and click "Modify Registration"
  2. Enter your email address and reference number and click "Continue"
  3. Proceed to page you would like to edit
  4. Click "Continue" until the end and click "Make Payment"
  5. Click "Receipt/Invoice”

Can I bring a guest with me to Groundbreak?

This year we're happy to include guest passes for our evening event if you are a registered attendee. Your guest can accompany you to the evening event on October 27th, 2020.

How do I register a guest?

  1. Go to the Registration Site and click "Modify Registration"
  2. Enter your email address and reference number and click “Continue”.
  3. Proceed to the guest registration page and enter the necessary contact information.
  4. Click “Continue” until the end and click “Make Payment”.
  5. Click “Receipt/Invoice”.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be sent to groundbreak@procore.com to be considered received by Procore. Below is the cancellation policy for Groundbreak.

  • Procore shall issue a full refund of the ticket purchase price for any cancellation received by Procore before 11:59 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time August 1, 2020.
  • Procore shall issue a refund of 50% of the ticket purchase price for any cancellation received by Procore before 11:59 PM U.S. Pacific Time on September 30, 2020.
  • No refunds will be issued for any cancellation received by Procore after 12:01 AM U.S. Pacific Time on October 1, 2020.

I registered for Groundbreak already, can I retroactively apply a discount code I received?

No, Unfortunately discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to a registration.

Agenda & Sessions

I would like to plan my travel for Groundbreak but I don’t know when I should arrive and depart?

When will the full detailed agenda be released?

The detailed agenda with session information will be released in July.

Do I have to register for sessions?

Yes, but not yet. Session registration will be available in July. We'll send out an email to registered attendees once the agenda is finalized and registration is open so you can start making your schedule. More information on how to register for sessions will be available on our FAQ page and in our email sent out to attendees once we have launched session registration.

Continuing Education Credits

Do Groundbreak Breakout Sessions qualify for CEU’s?

Yes. All Groundbreak breakout sessions, (excluding Procore product trainings), are approved by several professional construction organizations and qualify for continuing education credit. Each session is 1 hour and is therefore equivalent to 1 CEU or PDH.

Onsite at Groundbreak

What is the dress code?

We suggest you sport your best business casual look for Groundbreak.

Will there be a bag check at Groundbreak?

Yes! We will have a bag check location available on Tuesday, October 27th for the Groundbreak Evening Event and on Wednesday, October 28th for departures. More information will be available closer to the event.

Is there a Groundbreak conference mobile app?

Our Groundbreak 2020 mobile app will be made available in September. We will provide log-in instructions via email to all registered attendees and include additional information on the Groundbreak website.

Will there be Wifi available at the convention center?

Yes! We will have wifi available to all attendees. More information will be provided in the mobile app as we get closer to the event.

Accessibility & Safety

Is the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans ADA compliant?

Yes, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is compliant and committed to providing reasonable accommodations for attendees with disabilities. For more information, please visit the convention center website.

Will there be a Mother’s Room onsite at Groundbreak?

Yes, there will be a Mother’s Room with private lactation rooms and a fridge available onsite at Groundbreak. Please check back closer to the event for more detailed information and the room location.

What are the Security Protocols at Groundbreak?

The safety of our attendees is of utmost importance to Procore. For Groundbreak 2020, please keep an eye out for updated security measures and take note of all security messaging while onsite. If you find yourself in need of immediate assistance while attending Groundbreak, please dial 911 and alert the closest staff member if possible.
