If you have trouble locating this email, please check your junk or spam folders.

To confirm that you’re eligible for a registration refund, please reach out to groundbreak@procore.com. Our team will confirm your registration details and will provide next steps for claiming your refund.

We do not have one-day passes available for this virtual event.

Do you offer group discounts for this event?

Yes! Please visit our registration page for the group pass rates. Group discounts are only valid for purchasing Full Conference Passes.

To register a group:

  1. Select the “Group Pass“ option and enter the number of passes you need for that group pass type.
  2. Enter your contact details in the “Your Information” section and you will receive an email summary of every pass purchased. Each pass recipient listed on the group registration will receive an individual confirmation email.

Please note that the Group Pass pricing cannot be combined with any other discount or offer and cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.

Can I register a group with placeholder attendees and finalize my registrant details later?

If you want to register for the Group Pass, you can register now and change the attendee names and email addresses later.

When you register:

  1. Select the “Group Pass“ option and enter the number of passes you need for that group pass type.
  2. Enter your contact details in the “Your Information” section and you will receive an email summary of every pass purchased. Each pass recipient listed on the group registration will receive an individual confirmation email.
  3. Because individual confirmation emails will be sent, we recommend using a valid email address to keep track of your group’s registration records.

Tip: Any text after a plus sign (+) in the first part of an email address will be ignored by your email server, so you can use that to create unique email addresses that will still be delivered to your inbox. For example, if your email is example@abcinc.com, then you can use example+1@abcinc.com as one of the placeholder email addresses. The confirmation for this placeholder will be delivered to your inbox.

How do I access the event? When will login instructions be sent?

Event access instructions and login information will be shared with all registrants approximately 1 week before the event. Please stay tuned for an email notification from our team.
