Please note: Groundbreak 2022 occurs during the U.S. midterm elections. We strongly encourage U.S. attendees to use absentee and early voting measures where available, before Groundbreak.
We plan to host Groundbreak 2022 in person in New Orleans, Louisiana at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Due to the fluctuating nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s possible that we shift the event format in order to protect attendee health and safety. We will communicate any major changes to registered attendees, speakers and sponsors. However, please check the Groundbreak website regularly for updates and prior to making any travel plans.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder if you can't locate your confirmation email. If you still can't find it and need another copy, please email groundbreak@procore.com.
If you registered multiple people and entered your information at the beginning of the checkout process, your confirmation email will include all attendees who were part of your order. All attendees will also receive their individual confirmation.
The Full Conference Pass includes access to the entire Groundbreak experience: all keynotes, all breakout sessions, the Expo Hall, networking receptions in the Expo Hall, meals listed on the agenda and the conference celebration (off-site).

The Full Conference + Workshop passes include access to the entire Groundbreak experience plus one of the Procore Workshop tracks held on November 7.

If you are a student, you’re eligible for a discounted Full Conference Pass. To register, please email us at groundbreak@procore.com from an email address associated with your school. Our team will provide you registration instructions.
Payment is required upon registration and must be made by credit card through our online registration form. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due in United States Dollars (USD).
We cannot issue invoices or accept payments via purchase order, wire, ACH, or check.
If you encounter an issue while trying to submit payment, please contact groundbreak@procore.com for assistance.
Our cancellation policy provides flexibility in case your plans change.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to groundbreak@procore.com via email. The deadline to receive a full refund is October 7, 2022, 11:59pm (PST). If you purchase a ticket after October 7, 2022, you are eligible for a full refund for any cancellation request submitted within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after these deadlines.

Please note, the Group Pass pricing cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, including the Full Conference + Workshop Pass. Group Pass pricing cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to attend Groundbreak. You must be at least 21 years old to attend the offsite conference celebration.
The official language of the conference is English. All keynotes, breakout sessions, and product theater sessions in the Expo Hall will be presented in English.

It has come to our attention that unauthorized third party companies have presented themselves as hotel booking agencies for Groundbreak 2022 and have attempted to contact conference exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations using their services. Please note: OnPeak is our sole hotel booking agency partner for this year’s conference. Neither Procore nor the hotels listed on our conference website has a relationship with any of these companies outside of OnPeak. No other housing company nor travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of Procore. Reservations made through any other agency outside of OnPeak cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. If you registered for a Procore Workshop held on November 7th, we suggest traveling and arriving the evening of November 6th.
If you are not registered for a Workshop but are planning to attend the entire conference, we suggest arriving the afternoon of November 7th, to ensure you’re able to check-in and participate in our opening networking event. Keynotes and breakout sessions will begin the morning of November 8th.

Transportation from the conference hotels to the convention center will not be provided.
Procore will not sponsor visas for Groundbreak attendees. All attendees are responsible for obtaining any visas, sponsorships, or other required documentation.
The health and safety of all Groundbreak participants is of utmost importance to Procore. We will be taking necessary precautions and abiding by all applicable local, state, and federal COVID-19 safety measures and requirements. All Groundbreak participants will be expected to abide by all reasonable instructions and guidance issued by Procore in order to comply with such safety measures and requirements. See City of New Orleans and the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center for more information on the current local requirements for events in New Orleans.

At this time, in accordance with the City of New Orleans, in-person attendees will not be required to show proof of full vaccination upon entry to Groundbreak 2022. This is subject to change as we will be following local guidelines.

Yes. You will need to register for breakout sessions because those rooms have limited seating. We'll be scanning your badge at the doors to confirm your registration. If you have not registered for the session, we can't admit you unless seating allows for standby attendees.

If you registered prior to August 9th, an email was sent to you on August 9th with session registration instructions, which includes your individualized link to the agenda builder. If you did not receive this email, please email groundbreak@procore.com to have a new email sent to you.
If you registered after August 9th, please refer to your registration confirmation email. This email will include session registration instructions, as well as your individualized link to the agenda builder.

Our session registration is first come, first served.
At the conference, each session will have a pre-registered line and a standby line at the entrance of the meeting room. If there is extra room in the session, the standby line will be let in on a first-come, first-served basis 2 minutes prior to the session start time.
All keynotes and sessions will be presented in English. Translations will not be available.
The opening keynote and select breakout sessions will be recorded for on-demand access.

Procore’s Partner Summit is a one-day event held the day after Groundbreak closes. This event is designed exclusively for Procore Partners to network and get direct insight on Procore's latest products and features. This experience provides partners with a first-hand opportunity to participate in breakout sessions, attend keynote presentations, and access exclusive content directly related to the construction industry.
Partner Summit will be held on November 10, 2022, directly following Groundbreak.
