Call for speakers
The Call for Speakers application period is now closed.
Approved applicants will be contacted by June 2026 regarding their selection. If not selected for Groundbreak 2026, applicants may still have the opporunity to speak at a future Procore event as part of Procore's speaker's bureau. If you have questions about your specific application, please email gbkspeakers@procore.com.
No, speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.
Speakers have an opportunity to build their personal and professional brands, share their expertise with the industry, and receive 1 complimentary Full Conference Pass. Speakers will also receive 1 free Bash guest pass, so they can bring a guest to help celebrate.

Yes, those who are employed by a government agency are eligible to receive a discount. During the registration process, select "yes" when asked if you are a government employee - this will automatically offer you a discount. Note: This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Yes, you can purchase multiple passes to Groundbreak during the same transaction. Once you've completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email with unique codes to share with your additional attendees.
You can also manage and assign your group passes via "Group Pass Management" in your Attendee Portal. Each attendee must register, even if tickets were purchased by a different individual. Please note that the Group Pass pricing cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Group Pass pricing cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.
Payment is required upon registration and must be made by credit card through our online registration form. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due in United States Dollars (USD). We cannot issue invoices or accept payments via purchase order, wire, ACH, or check. If you encounter an issue while trying to submit payment, please contact groundbreak@procore.com for assistance.
During registration, when asked if you have a promo code, respond "Yes" — a field will populate for you to enter the code shared with you, which will automatically apply your discount.
The Full Conference Pass includes access to the entire Groundbreak experience — all keynotes, all breakout sessions (space permitting), the Expo Hall, networking receptions in the Expo Hall, meals listed on the agenda and the Groundbreak Bash. Session recordings captured at the event will be shared with Full Conference Pass holders to access on-demand, post-event. Please view the Pricing & Registration page for pricing details.
If you are a student, you're eligible for a discounted Full Conference Pass. To register, select "Yes" when asked if you're a student on the registration form — you will automatically see a discount offered. Student Passes allow for access to keynotes, breakout sessions, and the Expo Hall. Networking receptions and the Bash are not included.
If someone else purchased your ticket, please visit the Pricing & Registration page to complete the registration process. When asked if you have a promo code, respond "yes" — a field will populate for you to enter the code shared with you. We will not collect payment during this process. Upon completing the registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation.
We offer a Groundbreak Bash guest pass, for an additional cost. This pass only includes access to the Groundbreak Bash held on October 22, 2026. Guests are not permitted to attend keynotes, breakout sessions, networking receptions, etc.
Cancellations and refunds will be permitted through September 25, 2026. Please email groundbreak@procore.com to cancel your ticket or transfer it to a colleague.
Hotel and travel
Please view our Hotel & Travel page for the list of hotels that we have contracted rooms with at a discounted rate. Note, all room blocks are managed by Groundbreak 2026's official hotel partner, 38 North Connections Inc.. Beware of scams - we are not working with any other groups for accommodations. For any housing questions, please contact Reservations@38nc.com. 38 North Connections Inc. will never ask you to prepay for rooms or require a deposit payable to anyone other than your chosen hotel.

If you received a government employee discount to attend Groundbreak 2026, please use the hotel link included in your confirmation email to view available hotel room options. Please note, we have a limited number of government discount rooms available, they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all of the available rooms have been reserved, you will be directed to the Hotel & Travel page to secure a room using the Groundbreak discount. Please view our Agenda page for the day-by-day overview. If you registered for a preconference activity, like Procore Workshops held on October 20, we suggest traveling and arriving the evening of October 19. If you are not participating in a preconference activity, but are planning to attend the entire conference, we suggest arriving the afternoon of October 20, to ensure you're able to check-in early. Keynotes and breakout sessions will begin the morning of October 21.
The closest airport to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando is the Orlando International Airport (MCO), located approximately 12 miles away.
Groundbreak does not provide general transportation services to or from the venue. We recommend utilizing rideshare, taxis, or public transport options found on the Orlando Airport website. However, we will provide dedicated transportation to and from the Bash on Thursday evening.

Procore will not sponsor visas for Groundbreak attendees. All attendees are responsible for obtaining any visas, sponsorships, or other required documentation.
Health and safety
The health and safety of all Groundbreak participants is of utmost importance to Procore. We will be taking necessary precautions and abiding by all applicable local, state, and federal safety measures and requirements. See our health and safety page for additional details. All Groundbreak participants are expected to follow reasonable and common safety practices when visiting a metropolitan center. Please reach out to groundbreak@procore.com for additional inquiries.
Agenda and sessions
Our detailed conference agenda will be released in July 2026. This will include session details and session registration.
Session registration will launch in July 2026. All registered attendees will be notified via email once session registration has opened. Session registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Some sessions will reach capacity prior to the event. We recommend selecting your sessions as soon as session registration opens.
All keynotes and sessions will be presented in English. Translations will not be available.
Select sessions will be recorded for on-demand access. All recorded sessions will be provided to in-person attendees after the event.
Procore Workshops
Procore Workshops are sessions of hands-on, in-the-app training. Those who purchase one of the Workshops passes will have an opportunity to select up to 2 or 4 sessions of their choice to participate in a classroom-style training led by Procore experts.
No, Procore Workshops are an add-on ticket type and are an additional cost. Please visit the Registration page for pricing details.
Procore Preconference Workshops are an add-on activity that will be held the day before Groundbreak, on October 20, 2026. Procore Half Day Workshops are an add-on activity that will take place throughout Days 1 and 2 of the conference, on October 21 and 22, 2026.
Procore Workshops will be held at the Orange County Convention Center.
The Full Conference + Workshop passes include access to the entire Groundbreak experience plus one of the preconference Procore Workshop tracks held on October 20 or one of the Half Day tracks on October 21 or 22. Lunch will be provided on October 20. Please view the Pricing & Registration page for pricing details.
Secure your pass on our Registration page. Select one of the Workshops pass types when prompted. You may also add Workshops to your registration at a later time, if available, by logging in to your Attendee Portal. Please email groundbreak@procore.com if you require further assistance.
Yes, you must register for Groundbreak to attend the Procore Workshops. We do not offer “Workshops only” passes.
Registration is first come, first served. If registration for your selected Workshop session is full, you may sign up for the waitlist and the Groundbreak team will notify you prior to the event if a seat becomes available.
Session registration for Procore Workshops will be available in July 2026. Those who registered for Workshop Passes will be notified via email once session registration opens.

The official language of the conference is English. All keynotes, breakout sessions, and product theater sessions in the Expo Hall will be presented in English.
