Event Overview & Registration
The upcoming Groundbreak will be held October 15-16, 2025 in Houston, TX. Pre-conference activities will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
Groundbreak 2025 will be held in person in Houston, TX, at the George R. Brown Convention Center, located at 1001 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX 77010.
Tickets & Pricing
In-person tickets for Groundbreak are now sold out. However, you can join Groundbreak+, our free virtual event that lets livestream the opening day keynote and watch some of the most popular sessions on-demand. Please visit the Registration page to secure a virtual pass to Groundbreak+.
By registering for Groundbreak+, you can livestream the opening day main stage keynote hosted by Procore CEO Tooey Courtemanche, and access some of the most popular sessions on demand. Please visit our Registration page to secure a virtual pass to Groundbreak Live.
The Full Conference Pass includes access to the entire Groundbreak experience — all keynotes, all breakout sessions (space permitting), the Expo Hall, networking receptions in the Expo Hall, meals listed on the agenda and the Groundbreak Bash (off-site). Session recordings captured at the event will be shared with Full Conference Pass holders to access on-demand, post-event.

The Full Conference + Workshop passes include access to the entire Groundbreak experience plus one of the preconference Procore Workshop tracks held on October 14. Lunch will be provided on October 14. Session recordings captured at the event will be shared with Full Conference + Workshop Pass holders to access on-demand, post-event.

If you are a student, you're eligible for a discounted Full Conference Pass. To register, select "Yes" when asked if you're a student on the registration form — you will automatically see a discount offered. Student Passes allow for access to keynotes, breakout sessions, and the Expo Hall. Networking receptions and the Bash are not included.

Registration
In-person tickets for Groundbreak are now sold out. However, you can join Groundbreak+, our free virtual event that lets livestream the opening day keynote and watch some of the most popular sessions on-demand. Please visit the Registration page to secure a virtual pass to Groundbreak+.
During the registration process you will be prompted to create an account and password. You must create an account to move forward with completing your registration. By logging into your account after you've registered, you'll be able to access everything included with your registration.
If you have previously created an account for a past Groundbreak event, you can use your existing credentials to log in.
If you need to reset your password, please follow this link and select, "Forgot password?". You'll be given instructions to find your original registration email and reset your password.
If someone else purchased your ticket and you have not yet registered, please email groundbreak@procore.com for assistance.
Only Groundbreak ticket holders will be permitted to attend Groundbreak. Guests are not permitted to attend keynotes, breakout sessions, networking receptions, etc. Please note, Bash Guest Passes are sold out.
The cancellation and refund window has closed. We are no longer able to offer refunds for tickets purchased.
Please email groundbreak@procore.com with your request to transfer your ticket to a colleague.
Hotel & Travel
Please view our Hotel & Travel page for the list of hotels that we have contracted rooms with at a discounted rate. Note, all room blocks are managed by Groundbreak 2025's official hotel partner, 38 North Connections Inc.. Beware of scams - we are not working with any other groups for accommodations. For any housing questions, please contact Reservations@38nc.com. 38 North Connections Inc. will never ask you to prepay for rooms or require a deposit payable to anyone other than your chosen hotel.

If you received a government employee discount to attend Groundbreak 2025, please use the hotel link included in your confirmation email to view available hotel room options. Please note, we have a limited number of government discount rooms available, they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all of the available rooms have been reserved, you will be directed to the Hotel & Travel page to secure a room using the Groundbreak discount. Please view our Agenda page for the day-by-day overview. If you registered for a preconference activity, like Procore Workshops held on October 14, we suggest traveling and arriving the evening of October 13. If you are not participating in a preconference activity, but are planning to attend the entire conference, we suggest arriving the afternoon of October 14, to ensure you're able to check-in early. Keynotes and breakout sessions will begin the morning of October 15.
The closest airport to the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston is William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), located approximately 10 miles away.
Transportation services will not be provided at Groundbreak. Please visit the Houston Airport website for transportation options such as a rideshare, taxi, public transport and more.

Procore will not sponsor visas for Groundbreak attendees. All attendees are responsible for obtaining any visas, sponsorships, or other required documentation.
Yes, luggage storage will be available onsite on Level 3, in room 330AB.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of all Groundbreak participants is of utmost importance to Procore. We will be taking necessary precautions and abiding by all applicable local, state, and federal safety measures and requirements. See our Health & Safety page for additional details.
All Groundbreak participants are expected to follow reasonable and common safety practices when visiting a metropolitan center. Please reach out to groundbreak@procore.com for additional inquiries.
Agenda & Sessions
All keynotes and sessions will be presented in English. Translations will not be available.
The opening keynote and select breakout sessions will be recorded for on-demand access. All recorded sessions will be provided to in-person attendees after the event.
We are committed to making this event accessible to everyone. AI-powered captions will be available for Breakout and Keynote sessions. To request other accommodations, please contact Wendy Lohse, wendy.lohse@procore.com, (858) 204-6747 at least 14 days before the event, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes! Eligible sessions are marked on the agenda. Please make sure to fill in your profile with your AIA member number to ensure you receive credit. If you have issues or questions, please email groundbreak@procore.com.
Preconference Procore Workshops
Procore Workshops are a full day of hands-on, in-the-app training. Those with a Full Conference + Workshops pass will have an opportunity to select up to 4 sessions of their choice to participate in a classroom-style training led by Procore experts.
No, Procore Workshops are an add-on activity and are an additional cost. At this time, Workshops are sold out.
Procore Workshops are an add-on preconference activity that will be held the day before Groundbreak, on October 14, 2025.

Groundbreak Bash
Full Conference, Full Conference + Workshops, Bash Guest Passes, and One-Day Pass for Oct. 15 will have access to the Bash. Don’t forget to bring your Groundbreak badge for entry!
The Groundbreak Bash will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16 at Discovery Green, located at 1500 McKinney St, Houston, TX 77010.
Please leave behind any large bags or backpacks when coming to the Bash. Be sure to bring your Groundbreak badge and ID with you for entry.
While we encourage you to use your phones to capture memories from the evening, please be aware that large scale, professional video and photography equipment is prohibited.
Yes, plenty of food will be available at the Bash, so come ready to enjoy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to attend Groundbreak.
The official language of the conference is English. All keynotes, breakout sessions, and product theater sessions in the Expo Hall will be presented in English.

Procore will not tolerate any harassing or abusive behavior towards any participant—including, but not limited to, uninvited or unwelcome physical contact or attention or insults, jokes, or content that is obscene or denigrates a person based on gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, national origin, religion, or political affiliation. Further, the use of fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content and/or engagement in illegal activity is prohibited.
