Launching April 21st. Procore now offers a direct integration between the Meetings and Tasks tools, empowering users to create, assign, and track actionable tasks straight from meeting items. This enhancement eliminates manual duplication and ensures that assignees receive timely notifications, while providing clear visibility into the status and origin of every task. Open tasks automatically carry over to follow-up meetings, and all action items are tracked in a centralized, structured workflow—making meeting follow-ups more efficient than ever.

With this integration, teams can manage and monitor tasks from both the Meetings and Tasks tools, reducing the risk of missed deadlines and duplicated work. The origin of each task is clearly indicated for transparency and traceability, and configurable carryover logic ensures only open tasks persist across meetings.
