Launching May 19. Procore now offers two powerful advanced workflow actions: Send Webhook and Sync External Data. With Send Webhook, you can automatically transmit workflow instance data to external systems at any workflow step, including optional custom data for tailored integrations. Each webhook event is logged in workflow history, providing clear confirmation and traceability. The new Sync External Data action seamlessly integrates with ERP External Data, ensuring your project, contract, and financial records stay up to date across platforms. This action requires no extra configuration—simply add it to your workflow, and Procore will create or update external data records as needed. Supported workflow types include Company Direct Costs, Invoices, Payment Applications, Prime Contracts, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Budget Changes, and all types of Change Orders.
