For the last decade, Procore’s APIs have served as the data pipes for the construction industry, powering over 500 integrations. But the landscape is changing. The era of AI, Agents, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) requires more than just data plumbing—it requires intelligence.
Today, we are announcing two major evolutions to the Procore Ecosystem: the introduction of Agentic APIs and a shift to a Managed, Trusted Marketplace while maintaining our Open Platform.
Introducing Agentic APIs
Procore’s existing APIs were designed for transactional use cases, such as creating or updating individual records. They were not built for the heavy lift of AI. That is why we are building a new class of Agentic APIs on top of our Datagrid infrastructure.
These are not just pipes; they are sophisticated endpoints designed for deep search across PDFs, images, videos, and agents that take action across your software stack and provide trustworthy, verifiable answers. Whether you are building AI Agents, semantic search tools, or reality capture solutions, these APIs bring the computation to the data, enabling you to build faster, more secure, and more powerful applications than ever before and will be monetized via a flexible consumption model. We plan to be transparent about real-time agent activity to enable user and enterprise control, auditing, logging and transparency.
One of our pre-beta partners, Track3D, is using Procore’s Agentic APIs to turn field capture into predictive intelligence. Leveraging Procore’s Agentic APIs, a short field video is automatically converted into structured production data. Installed quantities are extracted, spoken observations are structured into reports, and progress is mapped to cost codes and locations. Agentic APIs then combine this production data with Procore’s schedule and manpower information to calculate current velocity, forecast completion dates, and estimate additional manpower required to stay on track. The result is predictive, workflow-ready intelligence delivered directly inside Procore.
By using the new Agentic APIs, the Track3D team is able to build reality capture AI features leveraging Procore’s AI platform – for retrieval, MCP and agentic workflows – without the need to build and maintain data-pipelines and agentic orchestration capabilities.
Timeline: We are currently in the testing phase and targeting general availability in late March.

A Managed, Trusted Marketplace
The scale and complexity of AI require a sophisticated approach to ecosystem governance. To meet this need, we are evolving the Procore Marketplace into a Managed Marketplace. This represents the next level of maturity for our Marketplace, advancing our high standards for quality, security, and trust to ensure the Procore Marketplace remains the most valued resource in construction technology. To help ensure every application meets these enhanced standards, we are streamlining our engagement model. Every partner application will undergo an updated, comprehensive review process that evaluates strategic fit, technical feasibility, and security compliance before proceeding to a final Marketplace certification. This helps ensure that every solution listed is not just "connected," but validated for strategic alignment, performance, governance, and transparency.
For New Partners: All new applicants will undergo this comprehensive review to prove they meet our raised bar for security and value before entering the Marketplace.
For Existing Partners: We are committed to maintaining this same high standard across our entire ecosystem. Later in FY26, we will introduce a certification process to validate that current listings meet our updated process. While this process will be streamlined to recognize the operational history of our existing partners, the requirements remain the same.
Maintaining an Open Platform
While our Marketplace is becoming more curated, our platform remains open. We understand that customers need flexibility. For custom solutions or niche integrations that may not meet the broad criteria for our public Marketplace, third party integrators will still be able to provide customers with integrations even if not marketed in the Marketplace. This helps ensure that you—the customer—maintain control over your data and your tech stack.
Building a Trusted, Innovative Future
These changes represent a natural evolution of our program and deep investment in AI that benefits the entire industry. By extending and enhancing our existing rigorous standards for these new capabilities, customers gain higher-quality integrations and platform security, while partners benefit from deeper strategic collaboration and the full confidence of Procore’s field teams.
We are just getting started and are excited to build this next chapter with you.
