Project Story

Florida A&M University Main Street Corridor Development

700 beds. 215 residents. 138 rooms. 1 HBCU.

Florida A&M using Procore

Building a new home for Black excellence to thrive.

This $60 million dollar public-private partnership was designed and built to provide a vibrant living-learning environment for students. The dorm is complete with 138 rooms, 700 beds, study and media rooms, and a shared kitchen space—all designed to support high caliber students with a foundation for success in today's world. The project will also serve as the catalyst for economic and social change within the surrounding Tallahassee community with a 35,000 seat stadium, hotel, and more.

Construct Two Group (CTG) was responsible for the design, financing, and construction. Using Procore allowed CTG to manage a high volume of documents and easily access contracts, change orders, safety, and much more.

The project was delivered on time and under budget, returning more than $1,500,000 to Florida A&M University.
