Document Placeholders Now Close the Loop on Open Work

Launching June 16. Document Placeholders now surface unfulfilled placeholders in My Open Items at both the project and company level, removing them on upload and restoring them when files are removed. Six new digest emails fire on assignment, due-today, overdue, upload, submission, and match events — sent at 4 PM local time to admin-configured recipients — and project-level reporting adds completeness metrics by subcontractor and TIDP, plus automated merge rules so uploads land in the right placeholder without manual filing.
