Access to project insights is no longer limited to admins. With this release, Procore introduces granular permissions for the Insights tool—making it easier to put the right data in the hands of the right people.
Previously, viewing Insights required admin-level permissions for each tool (e.g., RFI Admin to see RFI insights). Now, permissions can be set independently at both the project and company levels, enabling broader, more flexible access.
This shift helps more team members spot trends, flag risks early, and make informed decisions—setting the foundation for a more proactive, insight-driven project culture.
