Why it matters: Getting equipment time and cost allocation right is the difference between a project you can bill accurately and one you can't. A review-and-approve step gives fleet and PM teams a clear place to catch mistakes, and surfaces the equipment that's under-billed or under-utilized before it hits the invoice.
