Launching April 21st. Procore has enhanced the idle timeout experience to keep you working without interruption. Now, your session remains active as long as mouse movements, clicks, or keystrokes are detected—so you can read lengthy RFIs or draft reports without being logged out unexpectedly. If you step away, a clear warning modal appears 5, 10, or 20 minutes before your session is set to expire, giving you the option to continue working with a single click. If no action is taken, a timeout modal provides immediate feedback when your session ends. This update is context-aware, ensuring accurate session management even when you’re working across multiple tabs within the same company instance.
These improvements reduce confusion, minimize workflow disruptions, and give you more control over your session security.
