What it is: New granular permissions across the Commitments, Prime Contracts, and Change Events tools — including view change history, edit project-level settings, edit change orders not created by you, send to ERP, send to DocuSign, manage contract privacy, and view all private Prime Contracts. Additional permissions are coming soon, including Payments tab editing/visibilty and sending to RFQs from a Change Event. Who it's for: Company admins and IT leaders who need to right-size access without escalating people to full admins. Why it matters: The old Read/Standard/Admin model forced you to give people either more access than they needed or less than they could use. Granular permissions let you hand out exactly the access each role requires while keeping admin privileges tight. Existing admin-level functionality is unchanged — admins keep full control.
