Beta beginning May 19. Procore Explore now empowers Company Admins with robust new tools to streamline beta program management. With the introduction of a centralized Notes tab, Admins can document setup requirements, track proposed testers, and capture internal feedback—all within Procore Explore. Notes are easily accessible from the program list, and permissions ensure only the original author can edit their own notes, while any Admin can delete notes as needed. Additionally, new Status and Priority tagging features allow Admins to triage programs more effectively. Assign statuses such as In Review, On Hold, or Not Interested to clarify each program’s evaluation stage, and use Low, Medium, or High priority tags to focus your team’s attention on the most impactful changes. These enhancements transform the program list from an overwhelming catalog into an actionable dashboard, supporting structured change management and cross-team collaboration.
