Centralized Notes and Status Tagging

Beta beginning May 19. Procore Explore now provides Company Admins with new tools to streamline beta program management. With the introduction of a centralized Notes feature, Company Admins can document internal-only details like setup requirements, potential tester lists, or other useful information. These notes are visible to all Company Admins to ensure the team stays aligned without having to repeat conversations or manage programs in separate work streams. To keep information accurate, any Company Admin can delete a note, but only the original author can edit their own.

Additionally, Company Admins can now triage the program list using Status and Priority tags. Assigning statuses like In Review, On Hold, or Not Interested clarifies which features are being evaluated and which aren't a current fit for the organization. By pairing these with High, Medium, or Low priority tags, Company Admins can focus on the changes that will have the most impact for their teams. These updates turn a long list of programs into an organized dashboard for more efficient, internal team collaboration.
