Launching March 17th. Procore Explore now features enhanced communication and control options to help you manage program enrollment with greater transparency. For select programs, you will see prominent warning banners within the detail panel and enrollment tearsheet that provide critical pre- and post-enrollment details. These alerts are designed to ensure Company Admins are fully informed of any specific requirements or risks before opting into a new feature.
Additionally, some programs may now include a "fixed enrollment" setting where the option to exit is disabled once a user has joined. This update is specifically designed for sensitive pre-release features involving new data models, security permissions, or architectural changes that cannot be easily reversed. By providing these visible warnings and enrollment safeguards, Procore Explore helps your organization reduce risk and maintain data integrity during complex feature rollouts.
