Launching April 21st. Procore’s Incidents tool now offers configurable Incident Types and customizable fieldsets for the General Information section, giving admins the flexibility to tailor incident forms to the specific needs of their projects. You can now create up to 15 unique Incident Types (including 5 default and 10 custom types) at the company level, and activate or deactivate them as needed. Each Incident Type can have its own fieldset, allowing you to display only the most relevant fields for each scenario.
Additionally, you can easily toggle key report sections—such as Injury/Illness, Property Damage, Environmental, Near Miss, Witness Statements, and Actions—on or off for each type using Type-based Fieldsets.
