Now Live Q3 2024 Project Financials Quarterly Release

Feature Release|12 August 2024

The Q3 '2024 Financial Management Quarterly Release rolls out the week of August 12-16, 2024.

Flexible labour productivity tracking

Procore is unlocking the ability for contractors to utilise flexible Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) when budgeting cost and planned units to install for production quantities so that teams can track actual hours used and quantities installed in Timesheets at the right level of granularity to fuel an enhanced real-time labour productivity cost Budget View.

This adds additional value to our existing offering by enabling contractors to accurately budget, manage changes to key scopes of work, track time and units put in place, as well as consistently report based on their projects Work Breakdown Structure no matter how a self-performing contractor breaks down their projects.

CSV import on SBOQ

Clients will now be able to have their Subcontractors create and update their SBOQ line items via a CSV import, allowing for a more efficient way to have subcontractors break down their BOQ so that Clients can bill quickly and accurately.

Restrict non-draft edits to contracts and variations

A new Company level setting will allow clients to lock down the Bill of Quantities and Contract Company of Contracts and Variations, unless those objects are in a draft status. This will allow for greater control of Financial Objects at the Company level, and provide more flexibility around approvals and workflows.
