Construction head contracts software

Head Contracts

Set your project up for success by creating a single source of truth for owners and contractors to manage head contracts.

Build a sturdy foundation for your project's financial success

The Main Contract tool in Procore Project Financials establishes real-time accountability for a project's agreed upon scope, programme and budget throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.

Make real-time contract status visible to project and accounting teams
See how Main Contract Variations (MCVs) impact Procore's Budget tool in real time
Eliminate double entry with end-to-end connections to other Procore products and accounting integrations
Make accurate, data-driven decisions with real-time access to current financial information

Streamline Stakeholder Communication

Make it easier to deliver on the promises you made while collaboratively holding others accountable with one place to manage and monitor the status of main contracts.

Rely on Accurate Budget Data

All cost impacts to your main contract automatically update in Procore's Budget tool—no double entry or spreadsheets required. That's why generating accurate and real-time reports and forecasts with data collected in the field is possible with just the click of a button.

Collaboratively Manage Change

As your build progresses, project and site teams can initiate MCVs and flag owners for review and approval in real time. This elimination of double entry and paper-based processes makes it easier to maintain project momentum for on schedule and on budget delivery.

Connect Field-to-office Workflows

Eliminate the friction between teams with full visibility into main contract status while automating project to accounting workflows with integrations that eliminate double entry and create greater trust and alignment in a single, accurate source of financial data.

“By defining and mandating standard practices, now we can compare costs, budgets, programs, tasks between projects.”
