Procore Scheduling Now Available

Feature Release|28 Jan 2026

Procore Scheduling is now generally available, helping to eliminate the issue of disconnected scheduling data by centralizing project timelines in one platform. This release includes integrations with 360 Reporting and Procore Analytics, expanded globalization support, activity assignments for Assignees and Approvers, Read-Only Permissions, and Get API Endpoints—all of which lay the foundation for deeper Procore integration to help teams proactively identify and mitigate risks. This real-time, multiuser environment gives General Contractors a single source of truth for master schedules and lookahead plans, Owners visibility into milestones and progress, and Specialty Contractors aligned work plans with easy impact documentation.

With Procore Scheduling, General Contractors can seamlessly import master schedules from third-party tools as read-only records, then build detailed lookahead plans directly in Procore—eliminating data silos and ensuring a single source of truth. Owners gain real-time visibility into project milestones and progress, with the ability to create and monitor schedules in an intuitive graphical interface. Specialty Contractors can create and manage their own detailed work plans, staying aligned with the GC’s master schedule and documenting impacts with ease.

By connecting the office and field in a real-time, multiuser environment, Procore Scheduling empowers every stakeholder to stay aligned, communicate effectively, and work from the most up-to-date information. This release lays the foundation for deeper integration with the rest of Procore, helping teams proactively identify and mitigate risks as projects evolve.
