Monthly Sandbox Environment Enrollment Process Updates
Customers that use Monthly Sandbox Environments will now be able to control their access to that environment directly from their Procore Accounts. By accessing the Company Settings, and General Settings, there is now a toggle on-off feature to turn on that access.
To prepare for this update, any historical sandboxes that have not been accessed in the last 90 days have been automatically turned to the “off” position. If customers would like to enroll, or turn on access to the Monthly Sandbox Environment, they are able to go in and flip on the Monthly Sandbox Environments at any time.
In addition to the new enrollment method, SSO settings are retained between the Production and Sandbox Environments, so credentials are available in both instances.
