One Source of Truth

Procore reporting and dashboards give you the perfect canvas to see all of your information at once. Intuitive visualisations make it easy to simplify metrics across your organisation and streamline communication with project collaborators and stakeholders.

Sharing

Set your projects up for success by standardising the metrics and reports your organisation views and tracks. Sharing streamlines communication, increases transparency, and helps your teams focus their efforts and resources more efficiently.

Easily Export Report Data

Most reports can be exported to a PDF or CSV file to be shared with project executives, owners, or anyone looking for summaries. We also support exports to Excel in Custom Reporting or via integrations to your preferred Business Intelligence Tool, like Tableau or Domo.

Custom Reports

Get answers quickly and easily through Procore Custom Reports. Create comprehensive tool-based reports that consolidate your project information. Summarise your reports through visualisations that help communicate a more holistic story.

Dashboards

Cut through the noise of your tabular data by focusing on your most important metrics. Visualisations make it easy to digest and analyse any itemised report at a glance. Interactive dashboards enable you and your organisation to flag issues quickly, drill into your data, and take action. You can also share dashboards across your organisation so everyone can be on the same page.

Enhanced Reporting for Financial Management

Identify areas of risk earlier by using Enhanced Reporting for Financials. Blend data from across financial tools, access financial data from active and inactive projects, and use a new and improved report builder. Create calculations, custom columns, and permission-based access control easily within the reporting tool, and keep stakeholders aligned by sharing and distributing reports.

“The analytics is great for seeing what’s been done, but it’s also great for highlighting what’s not been done. These early indicators can be used to create project targets to address any risks.”
