A More Reliable Communications Dashboard

Beta beginning June 23. Resource Planning's new Communications dashboard adds clearer delivery insights and additional delivery statuses for alerts and messages, plus character-count enforcement in message forms (Twilio recommends ≤320 characters; the hard SMS limit is 1600) and phone-number validation to catch landlines and invalid numbers before they fail. The result: fewer silent message failures and more trust that field personnel are receiving important updates.
