A new, modern Porsche destination for Southern California.

Dempsey Construction was tasked with building a new, state-of-the-art Porsche sales and service facility in Carlsbad, CA, right off Interstate-5. The 3-story, 71,614 square foot dealership was designed by Gensler and features 2 levels of showroom and service areas with 2 levels of integrated parking above. The build was constructed of poured-in-place concrete and CMU complimented by a large curtainwall with large format stone veneer, ACM panels and perforated metal paneling. Project challenges consisted of constructing a multi-level, high-detail building on a small logistically-challenging site, all within a compressed schedule duration. In order to achieve the objective, the entire project team needed full transparency and real-time project information—all accessible in Procore.
