What it is This release makes extracts more complete and easier to work with: Drawings extracts can now include pinned RFIs, photos, and markup annotations alongside the drawing itself. Action Plan extracts can include the attachments and photos of associated records (Submittals, Inspections, Observations), with a new option to exclude reference documents when you want a leaner package. And Potential Change Orders (PCOs) are now their own extractable record type, so that data can be captured directly in Project Archive. Who it's for Closeout and turnover teams assembling complete project records, and anyone pulling project data out of Procore for compliance or legal purposes. Why it matters Teams get a more complete project record — including pinned items, associated attachments, and PCOs — without leaving Project Archive, packaged in a folder structure that's simpler to navigate and share.
How to Get started Configure what to include when creating a Drawings or Action Plan extract in Project Archive. PCOs can now be selected as a standalone tool when building an extract. The improved folder structure applies automatically — no setup required.
