Launching April 21st. Connection Manager now supports multi-directional connections, giving each company the flexibility to choose whether they are the sending or receiving party for every individual tool within a connection. This update replaces the previous “upstream/downstream” terminology with clearer “sending” and “receiving” labels, and introduces a new Tool Configuration page for easy management. With per-tool directionality, users can better mirror real-world workflows—such as RFIs and Submittals—by controlling the flow of project data based on their specific needs. This enhancement empowers teams to customize data sharing, improves collaboration across companies, and reduces friction when adopting additional tools in Connection Manager.
