Run Incidents Through Procore Workflows

Launching June 15. Incidents can now be routed through Procore Workflows, so the right people are notified at each step and incident details (including custom fields) decide what happens next — for example, sending a near-miss down one path and an injury down another. A custom field like risk level or severity can auto-escalate higher-risk events to leadership, and status stays in sync as steps complete, keeping the field and office aligned without manual updates.
