Users can now edit incident numbers in the Incidents tool, so gaps from duplicate or deleted entries can be cleaned up and Procore records can match a company's own filing standards — without the workaround of restoring deleted incidents to reuse a number. This gives safety teams a cleaner, more professional audit trail without changes to existing investigations or attachments.
