The construction industry is in the business of magic. Builders and owners work together to create extraordinary spaces that didn't exist before, transforming the world around us.

Over my first few months at Procore, I've had the privilege of seeing that magic up close. I'm grateful and humbled to work alongside our customers and partners as they take on some of construction's biggest challenges. Every day our customers are building the physical spaces where we live, work and celebrate. They're connecting communities. They're shaping skylines. They're building the infrastructure we all rely on. And I'm continually inspired by the ingenuity and dedication behind that work.

This year, we continued our nearly 25-year commitment to the industry. We officially introduced Procore Helix, our intelligence layer that weaves AI across our entire platform. With our connected platform and unmatched proprietary construction dataset, our customers are able to harness the true power of AI, enabling them to drive smarter, faster and safer projects every day. We also achieved FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency, which empowers U.S. public sector organizations and Department of Defense contractors to use Procore for their mission-critical projects.

But we know that delivering on our vision requires more than technology alone – it means being a true partner to the industry. That's why we're collaborating with The B1M on our Get Construction Talking initiative, which has raised over 800,000 USD for mental health in construction. We also hosted our largest Groundbreak yet, bringing together 7,000 people from around the world to connect, share ideas and collaborate. One highlight was participating in our annual Groundbreaker Awards, where we celebrated teams and individuals pushing our industry forward in remarkable ways.

We accomplished a lot in 2025. And as I look ahead to 2026, we have an even greater opportunity to innovate, lead and transform the industry together. As CEO, I am committed to building on Procore's strong foundation – to listen, learn and continue collaborating with the industry. Because the more we understand our customers' challenges, aspirations and goals, the better we can serve them – helping them unlock new possibilities and amplify their impact.

As we close out the year, I want to thank all of our customers and partners for their unwavering collaboration. Their innovation, leadership and commitment to excellence drive this industry forward, and I'm grateful for everything they do for Procore and the industry. 

I also want to recognize Tooey, whose journey building Procore over the past two and a half decades is nothing short of extraordinary. Under his leadership, Procore has built the most powerful platform in the industry, fostered deep customer relationships and created a world-class culture. His legacy is remarkable, and I'm humbled to carry it forward as we enter this next chapter.

Procore's vision is simple but profound: to improve the lives of everyone in construction. By amplifying human ingenuity with the right technology, we have an incredible opportunity to build a more connected and empowered industry that redefines what's possible. I'm excited for what's ahead and to shape the future of our industry – together.
