Bulk Replace or Delegate Workflow Assignees Across Projects

Launching June 16. Company Admins can now permanently replace or temporarily delegate workflow assignees across many projects in one action from Company Admin → Bulk Assignee Management. Every selected project is updated automatically — including preset configurations, in-flight workflow instances, and the linked Project Roles — with an Activity Log for full auditability. This turns a typical departure or leave-coverage scenario from hours of project-by-project edits into a single, traceable action.
