Beta beginning June 16. The Incidents tool now includes a dedicated root cause analysis form with its own configurable fieldset and granular permissions to view, add, and edit. Teams that don't need it can hide the section entirely; teams that do can finally run structured investigations directly in Procore instead of in side documents — making prevention learnings easier to capture and revisit.
