We’ve just released our first two Insights on the new Project Overview page: RFI Turnaround Time and Submittal Turnaround Time.
Insights are contextual data visualizations that live directly within Procore and help users take action on important project items. Insights are automatically available to Procore customers (who have access to the related tools), enabling data-driven decision making with no effort, setup, or add-ons required. These Insights show the project’s average response time for RFIs and Submittals, alongside contextual information such as company averages, industry averages, and the project’s contractual requirements (if applicable). This makes it easy to understand whether turnaround times are taking unacceptably long, and therefore threatening the project schedule. From the Insight tile, users can then drill down to understand exactly which assignees are taking the longest to respond, so they know exactly who to follow up with to improve turnaround time.
