For downtown Toronto, the sky really is the limit. Towering at 306.3 metres, “The One” is an 85-storey high-rise currently under construction in the city’s center. More impressive, it will also be the tallest building Canada has ever seen.
From planning the design to financing the project, The One is a complex project with countless moving parts. But like the structure itself, built upon a solid foundation and a steel frame ensuring its stability, the success of The One starts with what you can’t see. The One’s hybrid exoskeleton features super columns and a bronze steel framework that showcases glass-to-glass corners (the first tower of its kind in Canada). The building will also be Canada’s first “supertall” skyscraper (that is, any building over 300 m).
With tools to make every part of your process more human and a support team excited to help you, getting started with any project has never been easier.
