As a Country Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio of integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, paid search, email, social, web, events, media, direct mail, and more. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success within our Sydney office, our US-based global headquarters in California, and external agencies. 

The role will report to our Marketing Director, APAC, and must be able to work in our Sydney office up to three days per week. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Serve as the marketing campaign expert and strategist for the ANZ market 
  • Own the strategy, planning, budget, and delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns and tactical programmes that generate qualified sales pipeline through Procore’s entire buyer and renewal journey while increasing brand awareness
  • Analyse campaign performance, report on funnel metrics, and implement measures that optimise conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey
  • Own end-to-end enablement for outbound campaigns to ensure marketing programmes are aligned to sales objectives
  • Work with internal and external production and media agencies
  • Develop and execute segmented nurture campaigns that measurably move prospects through the funnel and catch active buying cycles
  • Work with content producers to create targeted content and assets that map to target audiences and stages of the buyer’s journey for online programmes, nurture and call campaigns, and events
  • Partner cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Creative, etc.) to develop compelling, high-impact campaigns and account-based marketing programmes across multiple channels to successfully engage key accounts and generate pipeline opportunities for sales
  • Co-own ANZ pipeline goals and other marketing metrics including leads, marketing qualified leads, opportunities, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience with high-tech B2B demand generation and integrated marketing campaign management
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A track record of exceeding quality pipeline generation goals using tactics that include web, direct mail, email, webinars, events, advertising, paid search, content marketing, 3rd party media, SEO, and social media
  • Familiarity with core marketing tools: CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Drift), tracking and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness 
  • Strong campaign and project management skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate opportunities 
  • Experience in account-based marketing and developing and executing marketing plans for large and small accounts
  • Outstanding problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics 
  • Self-starter that enjoys fast-paced, and often ambiguous working environments
  • Team player with a sense of humour!
