We’re looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to join our team in ANZ, to help develop and coordinate new product launches, shape go-to market strategy, and build brand loyalty across all of our channels. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and be passionate about shaping user-centric products, communications, and working with diverse groups of people across the organisation to achieve your goals. You’ll be an experienced professional who thinks strategically but is also prepared to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

What you'll do:

  • Build a deep understanding of Procore’s Construction Management platform and how it benefits users across our core market sectors 
  • Develop and drive regional go to market plans for new and existing products, managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse and report marketing and product KPIs to track impact, optimise, and improve our positioning
  • Research target audiences and develop offerings, product messaging and content that engages and converts them - including the development of persona-based messaging
  • Assess the competitive landscape and develop programs and positioning which will drive advantage 
  • Create and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to position our products as solutions for our customers and partners
  • You support our sales efforts by developing go-to-market toolkits with compelling narratives and excellent storytelling and other sales enablement tools (product playbook incl positioning & messaging kits), sales enablement collateral (i.e. buyer persona profiles, customer insights, competitive battle cards, product fact sheets) and marketing tools (i.e. trials, special offers)
  • Enable the Sales and Customer Success teams with solution-based training content, assets and client testimonials to support all stages of the buyer and sales lifecycle
  • Create and nurture customer and thought leader relationships to develop references, drive case studies, identify champions
  • Partner with global product teams to localise product content to meet ANZ market needs and develop product messaging and content offers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Campaign Managers and other Marketing colleagues, including Creative, to produce assets that support demand generation and pipeline conversion
  • Interact with our customer base and prospective customers, discover what will best help them grow their customer relationships, and enable us to deliver it to them. This includes a thorough understanding of customer product awareness, adoption, and engagement
  • Become a local product expert for the ANZ team, supporting Sales and Customer Success teams in their client engagements and Field Marketing by speaking at events


What we're looking for:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in a Product Marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Expertise in launching new products and releases working with Senior Management, Sales, Customer Care and Customer Success teams, providing training and support functions.
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills
  • Experience creating content to support the achievement of sales and marketing objectives
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience in cross-functional initiatives involving sales, product management, and customer success
  • Experience working directly with customers to validate features and understand needs
  • A customer-centric mindset and the drive to see results along with a great attitude to get things done
  • Experience in construction or related industries is a plus
