Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our our newly established International People and TA Team team in Sydney. Procore is expanding our reach internationally, helping construction companies revolutionize their businesses. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll support Procore’s growth by attracting and recruiting top talent that generates, expands, maintains, and supports our revenue globally. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment cycle in ANZ including profiling, identifying, attracting, assessing, managing and closing passive and active prospects/candidates for our global customer-facing teams. This newly created Talent Acquisition role will play a pivotal part in our growth and expansion plans in ANZ and beyond.

This role reports into our Director, Business and University TA with a dotted line to our Director, APAC People and TA in Sydney. Successful candidates can leverage a foundation of established world-class systems, processes, and our market expertise to create a best-in-class employee candidate experience.  

This six month fixed term contract is based in our Sydney, Australia office in the CBD and we’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing business leaders to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs; develop plans to meet hiring targets
  • Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find talent that is both rare and in high demand through referrals, networking, and other methods
  • Balance building long term and relationship-driven prospect pipelines, quickly pulling groups of candidates for immediate demands
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact candidate pipelines
  • Map target geographic areas globally for sourcing talent
  • Recommend and implement ideas and strategies related to sourcing such as new processes and fine-tuning standard processes
  • Consistently differentiate Procore by providing an amazing candidate experience and serving as the local point of contact for all candidates

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5+ years experience in a Sales or Marketing Talent Acquisition role, preferably at a software and or technology company
  • Experience managing the end-to-end in house recruitment experience 
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Exceptional relationship building, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment at a rapidly growing company
  • Proven track record of building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates
  • General knowledge of revenue talent engagement and acquisition strategies of the top SaaS companies globally
  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering with a sense of urgency
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse preferred
  • APAC experience desirable
