We’re looking for a Country Marketing Manager to join our growing Latin America (LATAM) team, driving expansion specifically in Mexico. Procore is expanding our international reach into the LATAM market, helping construction companies revolutionize their business. We’re breaching greenfield territories that have tremendous market potential and are building out our team to lead this exciting endeavor. Are you up for the challenge?

As a Country Marketing Manager, you’ll be the on-the-ground face of Procore, owning and maintaining a complete lens of the total construction opportunity in Mexico. As the nexus between your marketing region and your respective sales accounts, you’ll have a laser focus on increasing awareness of Procore’s brand to both prospects and existing customers. You’ll liaise between customers, prospects, Marketing, and Sales, providing regional outbound marketing initiatives that support our strategic LATAM vision.

Successful candidates are critical thinkers, extremely hands-on, and highly organized and detail-oriented. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, often juggling multiple events simultaneously. Excellence in customer interaction and relationship-building is a must. 

The position will be based in Mexico City and will require travel - approximately 50%. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain a complete lens of the total construction opportunity in Mexico, from total companies in pipeline to companies renewing
  • Plan and execute all trade shows, roadshows and regional events in Mexico this includes travelling to select events for day of logistical support
  • Utilize project management software to manage event timelines and ensure all event deadlines are met
  • Develop and produce campaign strategies with the LATAM Marketing team
  • Develop strategies to hit target engagement numbers, vet new shows/partnerships, and ROI tracking
  • Create website content, presentation content development, email strategies for attendee recruitment/retention
  • Sponsorship and contract negotiations, post-show analysis; work within event budget for sponsorships and production costs
  • Target new/untapped markets, develops new trade show campaigns to drive engagements 
  • Collaborate with LATAM Marketing team to drive awareness and attendance to events
  • Oversee event logistics including booth design, staffing and scheduling, budget tracking, and deliverables

What we’re looking for:

  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English
  • 5+ years of SaaS/B2B marketing experience
  • Highly collaborative nature and effective communication skill set via email, instant messaging, face-to-face, and over the phone
  • Proven success organizing, executing, and analyzing successful events and presentations
  • Proven ability to self-manage and be effective working remotely while traveling
  • A thorough understanding of the competitive construction software landscape and how to drive business through marketing and sales is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Procore and experience in or with the construction industry is highly desirable
  • Customer and lead nurturing relationship management experience in B2B technology environment is preferred
  • Experience a CRM - Salesforce platform and other GTM technology
  • MBA is preferred
