We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market to focus on building, retaining, and growing our Mid-Market clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with Procore’s Install-Based Sales team and act as a liaison between various Procore teams in order to ensure our clients are set up for success.
To be successful in this role, you have a consultative mindset and can quickly understand both Procore’s Technology and the industries we serve. You’ll apply best practices and solutions to each client based on their individual business goals and objectives, and be instrumental in creating long-lasting Procore partnerships. Leveraging this consultative approach, you’ll deliver Industry and Technology thought leadership while encompassing Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.
This role is based in our APAC HQ in Sydney, Australia. Travel is required (up to 15-20%). We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
