Procore’s Implementation team members partner with clients to drive adoption, manage training, and build Procore’s business. This role is a balance of independent work within a dispersed, yet highly collaborative team. Team members own and develop accounts, partnering with Sales Representatives and Customer Support Representatives. This position requires both written and verbal fluency in both English and Canadian French. This is not a sales position.

Implementation Managers are given the opportunity to onboard new accounts and work with clients to maintain and grow existing relationships.
Travel is required (5-10%) to client sites, industry events, other Procore offices, and more. This position is based in our Toronto, Ontario office. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.
