How can I reserve a hotel room?

We have discounted rooms secured especially for GBK attendees at conveniently located hotels. Check out your options.

*IMPORTANT ADVISORY:

It has come to our attention that third-party companies have presented themselves as hotel booking agencies for Groundbreak 2019 and have been contacting conference exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations using their services. Please note: Neither Procore or the hotels listed on our conference website has a relationship with any of these companies. No housing company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of Procore. Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. Please refer to the hotels listed on our conference website and use their hotel reservation system to avoid any confusion or additional charges. Procore cannot guarantee room rates or availability provided by any of these outside housing agencies. 

If you are notified by one of these agencies or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at groundbreak@procore.com. In order to provide and maintain a high-quality experience and obtain the best possible rates, we encourage all conference attendees to book within the hotel blocks listed on our conference website.

What does my ticket include?

Full conference pass includes admission to:

  • Keynotes
  • Breakout sessions (pending capacity)
  • Networking receptions
  • The Innovation Lab
  • The Expo Hall
  • Meals listed on the agenda
  • Evening events

A guest pass includes admission to:

  • Conference Evening Event

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! As a registered attendee, you may purchase a guest pass. The guest pass is valid for entry to the conference evening event (hosted on October 8) only.

How do I register a guest?

  1. Go to the Registration Site and click “Modify Registration”
  2. Enter your email address and reference number and click “Continue”.
  3. Proceed to the guest registration page and enter the necessary contact information.
  4. Click “Continue” until the end and click “Make Payment”.
  5. Click “Receipt/Invoice”.

I can’t make it to Groundbreak, but my colleague can. How do I transfer my registration to him/her?

Substituting is easy! For those swapping out attendees please:

  1. Go to the Registration Site and click “Modify Registration”
  2. Enter your email address and reference number then click “Continue”
  3. Proceed to change the necessary contact information
  4. Click “Continue” until the end
  5. Click “Receipt/Invoice”

What are the Expo hall hours?

Tuesday, October 8:
Expo Hall Open from 8:00am - 6:00pm
Dedicated expo hall hours: 8:00am - 10:30am
Networking Reception in expo hall: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Wednesday, October 9:
Expo Hall Open from 8:00am - 6:00pm
Dedicated expo hall hours: 10:00am - 11:00am
Networking Reception in expo hall: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Please note there are no expo hall hours on Thursday, October 10.

Can I buy a ticket for just one day?

No, tickets can only be purchased for all 3 days.
