Bidding
Send out bid invitations to vendors and track bid status online.
1. Track bidding status for each project by vendor.
See who has been invited to bid, who has declined to bid, and which vendor still has bid information outstanding.
2. Set bid due dates and times and email to all or selected vendors.
3. Collect vendor responses right in Procore, including vendor documentation and comments on each bid.
4. Include documents such as plans and specifications as attachments to the Request For Bid notices sent to vendors.

Restrict bids to specific types of vendors, such as union vendors only, or only those vendors within a certain distance from the job site.
