How is Procore priced?
Procore is available via an "unlimited number of projects monthly plan", or for purchase via a one-time Perpetual License fee with an annual support agreement. Contact us at 1-866-477-6267 for pricing details.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel after your initial billing, we'll stop charging your card in the future, but no refunds will be issued. For example, if you cancel on the 5th of the month, no refund will be provided for that month's billing, but you won't be charged again after that. To ensure that you are not charged for an inactive project, be sure to contact us before the end of the month, as we bill on or about the 1st of each month.
Can we pay for multiple months or a year in advance?
Yes, we provide discounted rates for advance payments. For example, project subscriptions are discounted if paid annually.
